Bump Heads!
There is a certain humorous quality that encompasses this assignment….and who doesn’t love a Bump Head? Students get a chance to get creative as they consider character development, mood, wardrobe, and the personality that their Bump Head projects. This assignment also involves very careful paper manipulation and sculpting. Students begin with a simple cone they form out of flesh colored paper. They add eyes, hair, lips, ears, a body, and clothing to create their own unique character. Just like there are so many unique people in the world, there are also very many distinctive Bump Heads in the world!
